Nice location, a 15 min walk to Corso d'Italia, the pedestrian area in Cortina. Good breakfast, nice restaurant for dinner but a little pricey. Room is small, but clean and very functional - with enough storage for ski gear. There is an underground garage and a ski room. The front desk was very friendly and helpful.
The hotel offers a ski shuttle (7 seats) that runs on a schedule, however they accommodated us when we wanted to go outside that schedule. I should specify that we visited in the middle of January, a low ski season, so there weren't too many skiers in the hotel.
The shower is not completely enclosed, so a lot of water splashes on the bathroom floor. But it seems this is the prefer style in Europe.

Property has amazing views and staff were lovely. Breakfast was very good.
Unfortunately it is a very old hotel with old furnishing and quite overpriced for what you get. The 400m into town seems significantly further and uphill on the way back to hotel.
