The photos online were exactly as what we experienced. No misleading images. The property was very well equipped. The employee went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The breakfast was sublime (at the Savoia Hotel across the street).
Everything was fantastic. Can’t think about anything we did not like.

The check in process was great, very helpful team - especially helpful that we could leave the car outside with the valet (driving around Cortina looking for parking would have been hard!). Our room was more like a suite - very comfortable and with everything we needed. Hotel location was perfect.
I used (and paid 15 EUR) for the spa at the "main" hotel Savoia Palace. I was not happy with this experience at all. This is NOT a 5* spa in my opinion and I will not visit again. There was rubbish left on the floor by the pool (it was there for at least an hour until I pointed it out), there were noisy children running around in/out of the jacuzzi (not relaxing at all) and the "relaxation" room was not particularly comfortable or relaxing. I was not happy with this, and even more unhappy that the spa still charged me after I complained.

Clean property staff extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast at the Savoy worth every cent. High quality ingredients and lovely seasonal fruits. House keeping were exceptional their cleanliness was exceptional.
Beds on the harder side we all struggled with the firm mattress.
