    The reception staff were exceptional—friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. They provided excellent recommendations, personally escorted us to our room, and even delivered our large luggage directly to the room, which made our arrival very convenient. What impressed me the most was their genuine hospitality. Even when I checked out, the staff gave me complimentary bottles of water for my onward journey, which was such a thoughtful gesture and left a lasting impression. The hotel’s location is excellent, making it easy to explore Cortina. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed to prepare meals, which was a great bonus for a longer stay. If you’re driving, you can pull up onto the curb in front of the hotel to unload your luggage. The staff will then take your car and park it in the hotel’s parking garage for you. The valet parking service costs €20 and was very convenient. The only downside is that the residence itself does not have a swimming pool. If you would like to use one, you’ll need to go across the street to Grand Hotel Savoia, where the pool and spa facilities are located. This wasn’t a major issue for us, but it’s worth knowing if having an on-site pool is important to you. Overall, I was very impressed with the outstanding service, the facilities, and the location. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cortina.

    Very nice and cozy hotel room. A pity that there is no gym facilities and need to pay €15 per pax to use the gym of their sister hotel.
