Absolutely incredible! The rooms were much bigger than I was expecting! Very comfortable and the bathrooms were large and we'll equipped. Staff are very helpful and friendly.
Possibly the best sorbet I've ever had.

The room and it’s view were incredible and the restaurant were lovely but very very expensive and not living up to the price level!
It’s a very expensive hotel that needs to address certain areas in order to justify its price. To start with the reception when you arrive is appalling. There is no one to take your bags to your room and simple requests for a snack on arrival after a long drive is met with a bag of half opened chips and a plate of dry sweet biscuits ( when you’ve asked for cheeses and biscuits) which you later get charged for! The staff on reception though lovely are not aware of how the hotel runs and need to ask about every request. The rooms are highly technical but no one runs you though how things work including the shower and the in bathroom sauna. We had to ask 3x to have the bathroom radiator turned in and there are so many help buttons in the room and bathroom that activate alarms that can only be turned off at reception. There are also really bright lights ( no idea what they are for… never explained ) that glow in the dark right into your eyes while sleeping in your bed!
The hotel is also a 20 minute walk into town!

The restaurant/ very delicious food
The view - beautiful
Very clean and spacious rooms
- when we arrived they told us that the pool is working till 9p.m. And also on the brochure in out room it is written wellness hours : 15:00-21:00
BUT when we went at 19:50 they told is that the SPA is closed
- at breakfast: they told us that we should prepare the coffee by ourselves at a machine , but to other guests they prepared it on a differet machine and they served it to the guests. These are small details that are making the difference and sometimes the attitude of the people is more important than the furniture, location and everything else.
