Everything was simply amazing! The staff was charming, polite, and very service-oriented. The room was spacious, clean, beautifully designed with modern facilities, and offered a perfect view. The air conditioning worked great, and even when there was a minor issue one night, the staff took care of it and fixed it within minutes.

The hotel was undergoing renovations during our stay. However, we were informed about this in advance and received a fair 20% discount, so it didn't ruin our experience. Also, the spa area is a bit small and doesn't offer many facilities, but the massage we booked there was absolutely excellent and professional.

Absolutely incredible! The rooms were much bigger than I was expecting! Very comfortable and the bathrooms were large and we'll equipped. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Possibly the best sorbet I've ever had. Mind blowing trail running. We had an awesome stay!

- when we arrived they told us that the pool is working till 9p.m. And also on the brochure in out room it is written wellness hours : 15:00-21:00 BUT when we went at 19:50 they told is that the SPA is closed - at breakfast: they told us that we should prepare the coffee by ourselves at a machine , but to other guests they prepared it on a differet machine and they served it to the guests. These are small details that are making the difference and sometimes the attitude of the people is more important than the furniture, location and everything else.
