The staff was extremely welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
The location to downtown Cortina was nice, with a lovely bike/walking path. And there was a shuttle to/from town.
Food at breakfast was great.
Rooms were nice and clean.
New gym with decent equipment. Sauna had a great view.
Room was very small for the price. The facilities were lacking a bit as far as space to hangout (except in the restaurant dining room) and amenities (prior spa resort we came from had fooseball, billiards, complimentary afternoon cake/treats).
While the breakfast food was good and high quality, it was annoying that not everything was covered, they had add on items for additional fees.
