Meisser Lodge

Unglaublich tolles Hotel, sehr familiäre Atmosphäre. Tolles sauberes Zimmer die Lage ist unglaublich toll! Das Personal unglaublich freundlich! Ich liebe es hier her zurück zukommen. Ein Wochenende in Guarda fühlt sich wie eine Woche Ferien an. Ich bekam sogar das gleiche wundervolle Zimmer wie letztes Jahr. Sie bereiten das Frühstück für die Teilnehmer am Engadinier Radmarathon extra früher vor. Vielen herzlichen Dank!

Licht im Bad hat nicht funktioniert

Frühstück erst ab 07.30 Uhr, ist etwas spät für Wandertouren im Sommer. Nachtessen ist nur möglich bis 20 Uhr, zudem ist die Auswahl sehr bescheiden und die Portionen sind winzig.

The hotel is located in Guarda, a beautiful village.

The service was somewhat minimalistic. I guess it would be better to book a room at the Meisser Hotel and not the Meisser Lodge. You have to do everything by yourself, check in at Hotel Meisser then walk to Meisser Lodge with luggagw and no help offered. Arrived at the Meisser Lodge, you will have to carry your luggage by yourself upstairs. The sfaff told you to do it as a normal thing. Then entered thw room, there were no towels, i told the staff and the receptionist went up to my room to check if it was true. Every time i came back to the hotel, i was asked: are you the guest here? In the evening, for dinner, one staff was really kind. I lost my key to the room which is apparently the ONLY key of the hotel and was charged chf 150 ! Though it was my fault, i found it extremely excessive. When asked if someone could pick me up at the station, the hotel answered that there is a bus. Though convenient bus, the whole idea when guests ask to be picked up, maybe because they have luggages or reduced mobility. For this standard and price, the service was too minimalistic in my opinion.
