The amenities were absolutely amazing, having Aesōp Hand wash, shampoo, conditioner and body wash felt really luxurious. As well as having a Nespresso Machine in the deluxe double room was an amazing addition. The staff is above and beyond. They carter to every need you might have. They are very friendly and helpful.
We booked the deluxe double room and couldn’t be happier. It had the perfect size for two people. Everything is super clean and the bathrooms are really nice.
Having a 24h reception is also a really nice bonus.
The location of the Hotel was the best we’ve ever been to in Paris. The street right in front of the hotel is not very busy so you can get a good nights sleep.
There are many nice bistros and brasseries nearby and you won’t find a lot of tourists.
Right next to the Hotel is a really nice boulangerie with amazing bread, pastries and coffee.
You are right next to the Metro Station Ranelangh, where you can take the 9 directly to the Eiffel Tower, champs elysee and boulevard Hausmann. And it connects you to all the other lines perfectly.
Location-wise, it is further away from everything stereotypical Paris and that is really nice.
Nothing to dislike.

Not far from Peripherique, and therefore a circa half an hour taxi from CDG airport and handy for most attractions, located in a quiet location from passing traffic too. Encyclopedic Receptionists always most helpful. My double bedroom was spacious and well furnished with good faciities and accessed by lift. Good range of breakfast options well served until 10.00 with courtyard tables oasis for summer weather. Plenty of comfortable meeting, working or waiting for cabs options, while hotel has facility to park up own car and use public transport during stay. Really excellent 'Quarante et Un' cafe/restaurant and patisserie with coffee cornershop nearby. I will certainly be back.
Maybe some limited hot breakfast options, fried bacon, scrambled eggs, omelettes?

The location is superb!! We felt very safe in the hotel and in the area. The bakery on the corner has the best croissants and was a favourite every morning. The decor of the hotel lounge is chic and cool, but still cozy and the lighting is warm and welcoming. A calm place to rest whilst deciding where to go or waiting for a car to pick you up. The staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome, always helpful and kind. My favourite part of our stay was Maria and Marianne friendly smiles and exceptional customer service.

the location was perfect
there is a very old moquette on the floor that should be removed to improve the cleanliness of the rooms.

Very friendly and helpful staff, you don’t need to bring body wash, shampoo, conditioner it’s all there and very good quality Aesop , beds were very comfy, blackout curtains, we had a really good nights sleep.and it’s a minute away from the metro
The rooms are very small but I think this is the case in most Paris hotels, the bathroom is tiny and there’s no room to put makeup etc so you have to use the sink as a surface, a mirror in the bedroom above the desk would work better.

We had only one night stay at the hotel & were pleasantly surprised by the amenities - complimentary water on check in, late check out (12 pm!), lovely clean & cozy room with Aesop toiletries, Nespresso coffee, lovely Juliette balcony... There is a boulangerie on the corner and nice coffee a short walk from the hotel, we also walked around the area in the evening and found a lot of nice bistros to have dinner. The room was relatively small but there was enough space for the two of us.
It gets loud in the corridor so pack your earplugs!
Also, the shower head didn't attach to the wall which was a bit strange but we managed :)

Convenient location for OECD. Close to metro and RER trains. Cosy hotel and decoration. Comfy bed. No issues with noise.
Tight room. Quite expensive, although probably on average for Paris...

Location was not the best during the summer as everything is shut.
Édouard was inflexible from the start when requested a room higher up/ in courtyard. We stayed 5 nights and proposed to pay for the upgrade if needs be: not possible; he mentioned safety ?? The hotel looked spookingly empty though. The small bedroom next door was left open some nights ?
No coffee machine, no bathrobes, no mini bar working & no drinks in it
Towels not replaced when left in bath
Room not cleaned even though we left sign on door handle
Very noisy: we were allocated the bedroom right above where the street bins were removed daily plus regular noises past midnight in corridors and even quarrels ???
We finally moved the last night of our stay thanks to a different staff whom we thank very much indeed.

Beautiful building in a very pleasant and quiet neighbourhood conveniently close to the Ranelagh metro station. Traditional French breakfast, nicely served, with the option of sitting outdoors. Lovely view from balcony. Comfortable bed and effective aircon.
Issues over initial pre-payment authorisation when booking but resolved after communication with the hotel and booking.com.
It would have been helpful if the hotel had informed us in advance about the temporary closure of the local metro line. This led to a difficult and circuitous journey to the hotel from the Gare du Nord which could have been in part avoided. Given the heat and our challenging journey, we would then have appreciated being offered some of the water that was being poured into jugs in the reception area on our arrival but sadly this did not happen.
The fridge in our room didn't work and and was dirty. Otherwise, the bedroom and bathroom were clean and met our expectations.

I went to Paris to watch the French Open Tennis at Roland Garros and this was a perfect location for that. I liked the area as it's generally residential with good restaurants nearby.
The staff were very helpful: I had forgotten my phone charger cable and the reception was able to lend me one every night.
1)The rooms could be a little better maintained; a door hook was missing, for example.
2) I could have done with more cupboard space. There was insufficient room to store my clothes and nowhere to put my suitcase.

The room was a little ‘worn’ and needs a little bit of a refresh. I prefer to stand up in a shower and it was very difficult.

The only issue I can mention is the WiFi. It was really unstable so if I had to work there - it would be hard. But that’s the only issue. The staff is amazing, very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast is very “French” and tasty. The overall vibe in the hotel is really authentic, I liked it a lot. Is was also very clean and comfortable. And the view is great!

The staff were so kind and conversational - a particular shout out to Bridget, Kevin and the two night receptionists. There was just a very nice culture which comes from this being a small boutique family hotel - and they like to do things in a way that is meticulous. The rooms were beautifully fitted out and the breakfast room was in this charming glass conservatory - and there was a range of healthy breakfast options. The hotel is in a beautiful quiet part of Paris but very close to lots of different museums, and close to a street which has excellent fruit and vegetable shops
Only one thing - I always struggled to get my door open - there was a particular trick which I never really mastered!

We have stayed here many times and always appreciate helpful and friendly staff. The location is great and rooms and lobby very comfortable.
Street noise is a bit of a problem

Clean
Noise level at night made it impossible to rest although not a business area of Paris. Room was tiny (but clean). This was billed as a special offer by Booking.com however as the booking was transferred to the facility, the price offered by the website was not honored by the facility.
