Lovely staff. The hotel should be maintained better.

The staff was lovely. Every request was handled quickly with a smile and in a pleasant manner.

The water flow in the shower is not strong. It takes a while for hot water to arrive. The hair dryer is difficult to use. The smell of the body lotion in the shower is unpleasant.

Great place for a short break

Really friendly and helpful staff. The venue was great, nice bistros near by and 30 mins walk to the Trocadero and Eiffel Tower.

The gym is tiny, just a treadmill and a bike, and the spa and pool can only be accessed via booking which wasn’t ideal. The Spa area was nice though.

A nice hotel in a quiet area of Paris

The staff treated me well. The room was average size (a pleasant surprise for Paris). Everything was clean. The hotel is located on a quiet street so no noises. The breakfast was nice - everything they served was tasty.

A very nice place to stay in the center of Paris

The staff was amazing and very attentive to our requests. We enjoyed the spa that you could privatise once per day.

You just have to make sure the type of room that you book as the rooms have a lot of character.

It was okay

It was clean.

You have to book the spa, so the first day we were there we did not have access as it was ‘booked up’ if we knew this we would have booked somewhere else. You also only get 45 mins and the pool is absolutely tiny, more like a pond. When we first got there the staff told us we could sign in early, and to sit and wait, we waited and an hour later the room still was not ready so we had to go to a appointment and leave without even having a shower from the aeroplane. When we did get in the room it was dark and dingy, there was old food in the fridge and it was just not what we expected. The balcony had covers over the chairs. Basically the things we thought we were paying extra for, we did not receive anyway, so definitely not worth the money, better to stay somewhere else.

Good hotel for a short stay

The area is very quiet and the rooms seem to be well sound-proved as we didn't hear anything at all. The room had a good size and the bed was enormous and very comfortable. The receptionist, Alejandro, was very welcoming and gave us plenty of recommendation for restaurants in the area, which we really appreciated. Thank you Alejandro! The shower was quite nice, with a good water pressure, which is very well needed when you come back from a whole day of tourism!

The room needed a bit of touch-ups, the doors were a bit damaged. We were surprised that the bathroom was separated, one cubicle for the WC and another one for the shower and sink, which wasn't very practicable. The hotel location is quite far away from the centre of Paris, which I didn't realise when I booked it, but there is a bus stop literally a minute from the hotel which takes you into the centre. Overall, this is a good choice for a short stay.

clean,close to everything and chic

Anywhere you would like to go you are close either by foot or by metro,the location is great,it's full of restaurants and supermarkets in the area in case you need something.Loved the room and the view from our balcony was stunning.Had a coffee machine in the room so that made our mornings easier.The cleaning was done everyday.Room service lasted a little bit longer than it should be,but it was worth it,the steak was sooo good.

Quiet area of Paris with first class accommodations and staff.

It was so spacious we really enjoyed everything about it!

Honestly, they were so helpful about anything and everything. I brought the wrong adapter and they had one that I borrowed while I stayed there and that definitely did not happen at all previous hotel I stayed in and forgot mine at home. There is nothing negative I have to write absolutely every person that works there went out of their way to make our stay so special. I would 1000% recommend this hotel.

Excellent Hotel & Amazing Location

The hotel was in a great location! We were in Paris for Roland Garros and it was a easy walk to get to and from the stadium and felt safe at night time. The hotel staff were lovely and very accommodating. The spa was amazing and a real bonus to the stay! There were lots of great restaurants and bakeries nearby, plus was easy to get to from Gare du Nord. I would definitely look to stay there again!

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel, staff were more than helpful in all areas of the hotel.

We had a well appointed room with a good sized terrace, which was a great addition to our stay. The terrace was larger than expected. Included with our room rate we were able to book the private spa, which included a small pool, sauna and steam for nothing.

It was difficult to open the bathroom window and the water in the room could have been refreshed every day.

Lovely cozy place to stay close to the Eiffel tower!

The hotel is well located. Eiffel tower is very close by - walking distance, and everything is accessible from the location. The hotel itself is very clean and has friendly staff.

The room size is pretty small for the price and has very less lighting. Since the rooms are very dark based on the color scheme, they should have more lights. The chair in the room can be removed to provide more space to move around freely.

The location was good and the rooms were comfortable.

One man on the reception was really unhelpful and not kind as he should be. Was quite disappointed because this isn't the behaviour staff of a 4 star hotel should be to.

Hidden fares. When booking a stay at the hotel I chose this hotel because it has a swimming pool,but after booking they told me that I have to pay €30 extra to be able to use it. Unacceptable hiding it from customers prior to booking. I will not be staying again in this hotel.

Pleasant

The staff was great and appreciated the chocolate croissants as well as the location.

The spa we paid to use for one hour looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months and the room was quite small. Everything is an extra fee so really just a place to sleep. It's OK. Might use again.

It was super cold in the room, I was sleeping in my clothes. WiFi didn’t work properly, so I used a lot of mobile data. Nobody informed that I need to pay extra fee while doing check-in (no information about it)
