Everything good except shower

The staff are friendly and nice. The room are cleaned every day. All hot drinks was very good for cold winters nights.

The shower was not good. The water isn't directed in one direction. It's distributed in all directions, making weak water supply and taking shower take longer time.

It was an average stay. Although the staff made good for the other issues.

It was close to the metro. But a little scary elements were around the metro. A bit scary when you are with family.

The room was very cramped. For 2 adults and 2 kids with hardly any place for bags and to move around. The toilet was emitting a foul smell most of the time.

The breakfast was great! Plenty of options for everyone. Location was on the outskirts of the main sites but the metro isn’t far. Rooms were very comfortable.

The area which the hotel is situated didn’t feel very safe after dark. Hotel walls are not soundproof.

Reception/Check-in staff was amazing 👍🏻

We were put on the ground floor which was noisy. The description said it had a balcony but it was only a balconette. Also had to request kettle & cups. Check-out staff was abrupt & rude!

the hotel is terrible: small rooms, small bathroom, no refrigerator, no closet for things, parking lot is terrible, risky to park and expensive. the bed is bad, the air conditioner stinks, that hotel should cost a maximum of 50e for two people, the breakfast is poor. the staff is ok friendly

I didn't like the room, we came to a room that wasn't prepared for guests, so they gave us another one.

Good for 2 nights and only for sleep.

If you need to stay a few nights and need a place only to sleep, it’s ok. But if you have more than 3 nights in Paris, maybe it’s not a good option. Near from metro station and with an easy mobility for every part of the city.

The worst part about my experience was the shower.. they use a type of shower to save water and avoid waste, but this doesn’t work - we can save water using a lot of other methods for it. Furthermore, the rooms are very close between each other and you can hear everything from the other rooms. The neighborhood is noisy as well, you can hear a lot of people talking loudly.

The hotel was very clean and the hotel staff was nice and helpful. The coffee and water are free all the time. It was a bonus. The breakfast was very good.

We stayed the ground floor and maybe because of humid or inadequate air conditioner, there was a unpleasant smell especially in the bathroom. Rest was perfect.

The hotel itself seemed clean and the breakfast, while repetitive, was good (mini crepes, croissants and pain au chocolate, two types of loaf cake, cheese and deli meat). The fresh orange juice machine was a plus. It was really nice having the tea/coffee available at any time. The area around the hotel is not so nice especially at night but the hotel is very close the metro and can be reached with a quick 3 minute walk. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was quite small, we stayed in a standard twin room and the two beds had to be pushed together to fit in the room. It is fine for a short trip and if one isn't planning on staying in the room for most of the day. The bathroom is also very small and had a smell of sewage that seemed to be coming from the shower/sink.

Staff are professional and polite. Nice coffee area with plenty of choices for tea and coffee.

Bathrooms are very small, with an odor from the sink. We booked a connecting room (suite) but was given two side-by-side rooms instead due to overbooking. It was inconvenient for a family to use two separate rooms even if they are side by side, as the doors couldn't be kept ajar and every two minutes we had to swipe a card in order to enter the other room.

Good hotel to stay

Very nice stay, couldn't fault the hotel and staff. Very helpful. The breakfast was good and plenty of it. Couldnt eat it everyday though as it would get boring. Room was small but clean. Being my daughters bday, id mentioned this prior to getting there and thry decorated our room for her which was a lovely touch. Overall - would stay here again as its location is great for getting to and from Paris via the metro.

Beds so uncomfortable and body wash wasn't filled in thr shower. But I normally take my own. Car park is very tight to get in and out off. Thankfully we didn't scratch the car
