Good or better: Breakfast quality, cleanliness, breakfast and reception staff (Bianca and Antonio).
Our room was on the 4th floor - (we asked for a lower floor, which was acknowledged, when booking).
Room air conditioning had to be fixed - it was not operable for the first 24 hours.
Attracting attention for evening bar or food service was challenging (slow and inconsistent).
Room size was only adequate for the price.

The location
Quality not up to the standard. Especially the beds, very casco and uncomfortable. Amenities were not high quality.
