The location is super central, and the metro stop is literally outside the hotel!! Lots of restaurants and shopping to do in the area, which generally feels clean and safe. The room is comfortable, clean, spacious, and smells nice. Breakfast is a highlight here, so good!!!! We would 100% stay here again in Madrid.

Modern and central
Terrible communication. Called me on arrival day to cancel my reservation due to overbooking. Only when I pushed back very, very hard…did they give me a small backyard room. They never apologized.
