Location is prime. Staff is very professional and receptive.
Premises need some revamping. Very small rooms and few amenities for a steep price.

This is a charming hotel right in the heart of Slam a Madrid surrounded by superb restaurants and shops. It is very centrally located within walking distance of the main highlights. The staff were delightful and nothing too much trouble. Very comfortable room.

Location was leafy, quiet and felt safe. Proximity to Retiro Park and Metro system a bonus. Staff (especially Rebecca) were all charming, happy and helpful. Breakfast buffet was excellent, breakfast room was comfy and inviting and waiting staff efficient and friendly. Vibe of hotel was up-market but not stuffy. Everything a good boutique hotel should be. Would definitely recommend.
Nothing!

Great location with cool boutiques and restaurants right there. Easy to get taxis. Stylish interior.
The elevator does not work consistently. The staff in the breakfast restaurant were a major disappointment . Lots of noise in the bedroom hallways. For the money, I’d look elsewhere next time.
