Very much except for the old elevator that did not work if someone have not
Closed bothdoors: the wood one and the metal one
The room cleaning was not done until
So late , on our last night, that we had to ask not to clean it

Location is great, close to Parque de Retiro and all the Shops in Serrano and surroundings. The staff is friendly and the hotel is well preserved.

This was a fantastic location and staff. We booked one of the bigger rooms and it was excellent for a several-night stay. It felt like we had our own place with the convenience of a hotel. The shower was exceptional.

location is great
beds very uncomfortable. room 302 extremely noisy with the elevator working most of the day. impossible to nap.
cleaning service not consistent (2 days out of 4) but hotel staff made it up with nice message and jamón.
