La ubicacion era muy conveniente, a pocos minutos caminando de negocios, avenidas y metro.
El check in se hace a traves de un link que te proveen antes de la llegada y una vez la fecha y hora del mismo, te envian los codigos de acceso, super simple y rapido.
El aire acondicionado y el wifi 10/10. Depto equipado con todo lo que se podria necesitar. Sin duda me volveria a quedar aqui.
El sofa cama no eran COMODISIMO pero la verdad estaba bastante bien. No es un punto negativo

Location was great walking distance to everywhere
Washing machine makes a very loud voice when washing but staff was friendly they allowed an hour late checkout and supplied us with a new drying rack as one in part meant was broken

Comfortable apartment in an upmarket quiet area of Madrid and within a few minutes walk of the metro and bars and restaurants.
Appreciated that the sofa bed was made up for us prior to arrival
Well equipped kitchen and spacious bathroom.

Decent apartment, good location, easy access.
Apartment temperature was 17 C. Quite cold when you are coming home and expecting some warmth and coziness. Probably it’s nice during summer but definitely not during cold months. The floor was freezing to walk on. Also there were no slippers.
No any toiletries provided except shower gel.
