    We booked this property at the last minute, as we had a change in itenrary and a two day stay in Madrid during three kings day. Very good value for money given size and location and nearly half of nearby properties, but the cleanliness is not perfect. View was good (of goya street) and apartment was warm and ideal for a short stay. Reception was good as they let us have a slightly later check out and luggage storage. Overall quite good for our stay.

    This apartment is quite so small, may be more than 30 years old. You may need this apartment only if you want a perfect zone in the middle of Madrid. Only three things are good about this apartment: 1) the location, 2) the maid will clean your room every day, and 3) the staff at the entry is very friendly.
