nice building, comfortable bed, small room but nice colors if you like pink :) efficient shower. plenty of power sockets. quiet area next to the park, supermarket across the street.
soundproofing could be much better (neighbouring room and street noise) and they cut the A/C at midnight and turn it back on at 7AM. For very warm nights that's not enough.
