The hotel has a very good location and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the beds were not comfortable at all, as the mattresses sank in, and the air conditioning didn’t work properly during my stay. Additionally, the lobby often had an unpleasant smell, like sewage.

I booked through agoda. However they booked us into an already sold out hotel. The staff was wonderful and although they couldn’t give me the type of room I booked, they found us a room and gave us a food credit. During our 10 day stay in Spain I tried to book H10 at all the locations that I could. They were always dependable. The staff were friendly and went out of their way for us. The breakfast was the best compared to all of our other hotels during the trip. I will look to book through H10 for future travels. My only complaint is that their pools were all small. But that is common across Europe.

Honestly it’s not centrally located if you’re looking to tour Madrid for a few days. Had to take subway or bus every day to get to tours. The rooftop is nice but there are only 5 lounge chairs for people for the pool and you can’t use your wet bathing suit on the comfortable cushions. The AC in the rooms is quite weak. The staff is very nice and the room is large and modern.
