Ricardo was amazing. We were able to always freeze our Babyfood in ther freezer and they were very flexible with our needs regarding our 9 old daughter. They even offered us to upgrade to larger room once it would become available.
Additionally, the location is extremely central, where most of the activities that Madrid offers are in walking distance.
The Hotel Room in particular was already run down, with obivious marks of wear and tear. Our room would benefit from a renovation as furniture and bathroom did look a little run down.
