The room was tiny , more of a bedsit than an apartment, the bed was literally next to the kitchen, the bathroom was also tiny , they had no oven tray for the over and the rug in the room was filthy, was definitely not was in was expecting for the price

Receptionist was very polite
Found a dead bug in the bathroom right after check in. Room is nothing like in the photo. Stains on the sofa were covert with a cloth. Receptionist has offered another room, which was a bit better, but still not like in the photos. My child didnt want to stay there after we saw a dead bug as we had zero trust to the facilities after that. Left right away without even staying for 1 hour. And findind a dead bug isnt and ordinary case when room is nothing like the photos and client doesnt like it. Receptionist said that he understands and will recommend refund. Of course they have denied the refund to through booking.com right after i left and booking.com did nothing to help and not responding to my emails. So, I had to find and pay for another hotel, which turned out to be cheaper and of a high standards. Stay away and always read reviews before booking. I know, they will probably reply that this is unfortunate and they aim for high standards, but finding a dead bug just shows where their standards stand.

Spacious
The bed was not comfortable, it was not soundproof as advertised, the lift had a horrendous smell so we opted to take the stairs, and there was blood all up the walls in the corridor.

The apartment has the bathroom off a bedroom and if you’re using the sofa bed for friends it’s not ideal to have them walk in on you to use the toilet when you’re sleeping

The facilities were good, however the only fault is the mattress, very springy and digs in when sleeping so very uncomfortable.

Booked a non refundable stay and train cancelled so they very kindly transfered to another day. For £100 to pay for large place with sofa bed. So £217ish. Ok value
Noisy+++. Inadequate double glazing. Could not have slept here. Sofa bed not made up and no bedding left. Had to ask for some. Had to pay the £100 into a personal bank account by transfer. No card pay or reassurance like that with a receipt. Then wanted cash or to hand over card details for deposit. I don’t carry a card. Only Apple Pay. No card pay facilities. I note a review over a year ago conpained about this and they said they would rectify. They have not. I asked what evidence of payment I would get if paid cash. The desk supervisor said ‘ tne security cameras’. We left. They did at least refund the £100. In summary, reasonable place, too noisy to sleep, non secure payments system, staff nice

The building itself, location and beds were great
The manager has charged me for a late check in fee that I did not use, lied about trying to contact me when they hadn’t, promised me a refund, have ignored my message asking for my money to be refunded. I went downstairs before the normal check out to ask about late check out fees, changed my mind by 11, dropped off my keys in the box, and have still been charged. I’m worried especially now I’m taking this further they will take more money out of my account, as they have my details. It’s a shame as the place was lovely and would love to come back, but never again after this horrible service.

Fabulous location right around the corner from the Cavern Club. Beautiful heritage building. The CBD is very walkable from the apartments. We loved our stay in Liverpool.

Location was perfect as centre of city
Communication was always good until you’ve got a problem. As throughout the booking process I had amazing communication with them and on the day we left we message about leaving the key as we checked out earlier than we expected. But when we messaged about the state of the room we was ignored. There promise is ‘if your not enjoying your stay,we would love the opportunity to make you happy,’ In which we let them Know we was not happy with the state of the room. It would of been nice to have some communication Here and the option to change room As I see reviews saying some apartments are newer and nicer. Overall The pictures online are nothing like what you see. The smaller room out of the two was like a prison cell. No windows that open for any fresh air. We found many issues Mould in the bathroom, rock solid beds, scrapes on floors walls, Broken glass, lose wires, holes in walls, plugs not working (limited anyway). We stayed as a wedding gift for our friends and what a disappointment we felt when the apartment had so many issues. I read some reviews but chose to ignore them after the good communication and thought the pictures looked nice. I wouldn’t normally leave a bad review but I just found this so poor and if we received some communication today we have been heard and tried to resolve our issues then it may be a different type of review. As we stated our issues sooon as we arrived and went to speak to a member of staff but they left 5 mins before 5pm we couldn’t address our concerns to them. Therefore we sent a message through booking.com for our issues to be addressed but was ignored. I have since sent communication to address our issues and again ignored. I would expect a refund for this as we tried to come to a compromise and asked for helped but wasn’t met with the promise in which they have set in place.

We did not stay at the apartment as after receiving the keys and going to our apartment, we quickly discovered it was nothing at all like the pictures. Run down, dirty and we were refused a refund even though we left immediately.

The location was amazing . Right where you need to be in Liverpool . The apartment had everything you needed . The staff were so friendly.

The room I was given, they don’t have pictures in their website, they only show the executive suits , that’s what I thought I had booked so I was really disappointed with the room, it’s very misleading and when I asked to see the executive suit that they show on the website, the receptionist told me that they were fully booked so I couldn’t get an upgrade, to be honest with you I don’t think that room exists, the beautiful stain glass windows that drew me to the apartments were dirty and not maintained, the hall carpets were dirty and stained, the mattress on the bed has seen better days, the springs were non existent in some areas and protruding in others

Nothing about this apartment unfortunately. It was booked as a gift for my sister and it was grubby and did not reflect the pictures. I had to book another please for her to stay. I have attempted a number of times to get a refund and have had absolutely no response. Terrible customer service.

loved location 15 mins walk to train station ,five min walk to town centre only thing not enough cultlry ie tin opener knifes forks and spoons also needs few more plates but oveall great stay and definitely coming back

Good location if you want the nightlife of Liverpool. It was very noisy until 5am and the window didn’t shut properly
No shower gel or shampoo in the shower. The street was incredibly noisy with the nightclubs below
