The room was great value for our stay. We stayed as an extended family, which included 4 children. The apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious. Staff were responsive and helpful when needed. We stayed on a Monday, so outdoor noise was lower, but I could hear some outdoor traffic and chatter which did wake me. This was nothing that the provided ear plugs wouldn't have prevented. I would stay again.

Fantastic check in staff was lovely on phone very clear instructions., huge apartment. Supercomfy beds. Everything you needed in the room. Location was superb noisy on street at night but the apartment highly recommend.

Apartment was in a fantastic spot, close to everything! A lift would have been ideal, as it's quite a walk upif you're at the top apartment! The downstairs bar / kitchen was great, an ideal place to get started, drinks / food was reasonably priced, the apartment was clean & everything worked fine, sofa beds not the comfiest so didnt make a great quality sleep, no complaints for the single beds though, all in all, a great trip had by all, excellent base to get your head down / get ready :) Thanks!!

We arrived on early morning flight and check in was not supposed to be until 3pm but we received a call at 9.30 to say our apartment was ready, we were delighted. Stayed in apartment 2, the kitchen area was very hot, we did have 2 fans which were definitely needed. Very spacious budget apartment right beside Mathew Street. Harrisons bar downstairs was great for food and drinks, staff also very friendly. Would recommend if your looking for budget stay in Liverpool City Centre

I don't know if other units have air conditioning, I can only speak to Apartment 2, but there was no air conditioning (and no response when we asked about it). There was one fan for three rooms, just as someone else mentioned. Worse than that, there was no AIR -- not just air conditioning, but no ventilation, not even in the bathroom. None of the enormous windows opened, and in fact several were painted shut. No way to open the door to get air from the outside, as there was a vestibule, then the door to the stairwell, all heavy doors. The only air at all leaked in through the base of two of the windows, where it looked like the painted seal had been cut open. It was stifling.

False advertising. No air conditioning. I had asked about fans and was told that fans were in the apartment. 1 fan between 3 rooms! Once in the property, no response to requests for fans. Very noisy apartment. It's above the bar which blasts out loud music from early afternoon to the early hours of the morning. The windows stop only the elements. You can hear all sounds as if you're outside at street level. The immediate appearance is good. The kitchen and bathroom look good. Good number of towels, but no shower gel in the shower. We bought some food to cook in the oven. However upon opening the oven the smell and cleanliness meant the we didn't risk it.

Great apartment for heading out on Mathew street, right in the centre of Liverpool. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Only slight negative was the security staff with 1 of my friends, literally chatting away with them then 1 of them got quite aggressive. Wouldn’t stop us booking again, great trip👍

The property was cleaned but the walls were dirty the windows were particularly dirty they were covered in bird poo . the cleaning equipment was broken . The blinds weren’t the best as they had gaps . We understand why they left ear plugs as the noise is ridiculous it’s that loud on the apartment that you would think the windows were open or you where outside the windows also are drafty . Also this hotel is no good for anyone with mobility problems as there is only stairs and they are steep. Over all very disappointing and definitely will not be returning or recommending this place to anyone

The place is right downtown and is close to the train station if you’re coming with train. Easy access to anfield road and we had a great time. There is a lot of noise from the street but it could be solved with some new windows:) But the hotel have given some earplugs and is very helpful We had no WiFi for the stay but it could have been a short term problem The restaurant across the street Filling Station - walk on - the food is awful. So a advice from here go anyway else or go to bed hungry:) If you like a party and football this is a great place:)

The room was massive. Two separate bedrooms and a very large living room and kitchen. Would be great for large groups or families. No elevator, parking was a challenge and several blocks away, area is a bit sketchy late night but incredibly walkable to the sights during the day.

Excellent location. Apartment was spacious and had everything we needed, kettle, toaster, fridge & freezer, washing machine, iron, hair dryer. On a busy street so be prepared for the outside noise coming into apt but we were out a lot so didn’t bother us; earplugs were provided which was a nice touch! Takeaway on corner opposite did the nicest pizza & bar below apartments did a lovely fry!

Great location as its central to most things, had an apartment and depending on where bedroom was it was either quiet or noisy but being central to liverpool city centre you expect this. Very clean and tidy apartment that was easy to access for 9 of us. Stayed for two nights and enough towels and toilet rolls.... just.... to keep going. Well stocked clean kitchen with utensils and cooking items with fridge, microwave and iron etc. Toiletries you must bring yourself. Anyway an odd stain on the couch which wasn't a major but a family may take exception but bunch of nine lads we were impressed despite losing one bed (6 on email) and advertised as 6 twins beds not 5 singles! Anyway decent stay at decent price but 9 lads would be less fussy than a family of 9 who had been promised larger beds. Overall 8/9 out of 10. To get 10/10 a few more loo rolls, an extra towel or three, same goes for pillows and bed explanation to be more specific with number of and type being spot on next time. Anyway I would recommend as Jane was lovely on the phone and very efficient and we had no problems during stay as other guests were lovely as well.

We booked this apartment for a family trip, location was spot on however, We stayed on the 3rd floor so if you have mobility issues then you will struggle to get up the stairs. Sofa is very uncomfortable and had the worst night sleep due to the noise outside from nightlife and seagulls 3am plus very noisy.
