Great location in the city centre and near the beach. We got free coffee, adapters, beach towels, showergel, plenty of towels, fully equipped kitchen, AC… The host communicated at all times, allowed us to check-in after midnight and was friendly in general.
We didn’t know beforehand that there are two separated apartement and we were a group of three so one of us slept on a couch which was broken because we didn’t want to sleep separately. It is not ideal for example for a family with kids. We didn’t use the upstairs apartment at all. The downstairs apartment is very humid - the wall paint is falling on the ground due to humidity and the dehumidifiers (there are many) are pretty loud. You can smell the humidity and all your clothes is damp. None of this is visible in the pictures. However, the host is obviously trying to fight this problem.

Very good location, 5 minutes for St.John cathedral and near Baraccas gardens
