The noisy air conditioning

Location was good and spacious room. Lift up get to your room

No window or air vent in the bathroom. Some things were tired and needed updating. Kitchen cupboard door was hanging, the power outlet was falling out etc Just a little worn and tired No one let us throughout our entire stay. Not once. Felt very impersonal and transactional. We stayed here for outlets wedding anniversary but wasn’t acknowledged at all despite informing the owner about this 6 months prior to booking..

Location, which was very close to Upper Barraka gardens and Barraka lift. Bed and pillows were great for providing a good night’s sleep.

The flight of steps from the foyer up to the lift and then another 6 or so steps between the 1st floor lift and our apartment. Difficult to manage with heavy suitcases

Very convenient location, balcony with a view of the barrakka gardens, new towels supplied everyday.

Kitchen and bathroom were not very clean, felt a bit dirty all around. Limited hot water supply, plenty of times where the hot water would stop running and the shower would then be cold. you can hear everything through the walls, they have a lift but you have to walk up stairs to access it and then when you get out you have to walk up more stairs to reach your room. not very accessible.
