The property was a brilliant place to stay for our group to explore Valletta. The location was very central and perfect for our needs, and the view from the balcony was beautiful. The apartment was well appointed, clean and comfortable and it had everything we needed for a stay. Communication with the hosts was quick and easy and they were super helpful.
It’s definitely worth noting that the property has a really quirky layout with lots of stairs within. This wasn’t an issue for us, but just worth knowing if you’re travelling with any kind of accessibility requirement.

An old historic building In centre of town.
It was a 4th floor Penthouse room and had an excellent lift to it. The lift opened opposite the two bedrooms. One had an en-suite, shower, basin and toilet and the other only a shower. Separate toilet up a few steps.
More steps led to the next floor which was the living room/dining/kitchen which has large sliding windows both sides so it was nice and sunny.
These windows opened to a balcony with table and chairs.
From here there was access to the roof with table and chairs enabling you to sit and look across the rooves.
The first bedroom had no space for clothes etc. No bedside cupboards with drawers to put small items and to put drink, clock, etc. The wardrobe was full of sundry items so we had to live out of the suitcase. No hanging space.
The wardrobe in bedroom 2 was full of sundry items also.
The steps from the bedroom to the living room were part of a spiral staircase. Approx 20 spiral steps, not easy to use if elderly, as I am, or have a walking disability.
