Location was good, flat on ground floor which was convenient. No noise.
Opposite local shop.
Facilities were good, and appeared to be working.
Noisy bed.
Tea towel would have been handy.
Poor visibility on both key pads.

The property is in a fantastic location, and had an easy check-in process. The place was very clean, with comfortable furnishings and a cute balcony.
The kitchen lacked a chopping board, which we found annoying. The television could probably do with getting replaced, as there were black lines going down the screen and the remote didn’t work very well. The chairs at the dining table could also do with getting replaced, especially as it’s called a “deluxe” apartment :)

The location was the only positive thing about the apartment. Walking distance from every sightseeing spot in Valetta, practical and easy to find.
The apartment we were given had cockroaches. We asked for extra towels twice from the property manager and never received them. We were not supposed to take the apartment key from the locker box while the code was so simple to guess and the front entrance was often left open/unlocked. Pictures on the listing were mostly from other apartments that were better looking and had a more luxurious feel. The bed had no real mattress, only a big thick sponge covered with several sheets.
