The lockbox with keys on a chain was a really good idea. The location was very good. The apartment clean & tidy & met our needs & mostly our expectations. A convenience store opposite the apartment was very handy.

More prominent signage would be helpful in finding the apartment in the first instance. The property description said it included a washing machine - it didn't. I didn't receive instructions on the use of the safe, When I enquired I was informed it was inoperable as waiting for parts. The air conditioning unit was inadequate, but it was replaced by a very good unit during our stay. The bathroom had a few maintenance issues. We were given insufficient toilet roll so had to buy our own.

Cleverly designed loft apartment created a comfortable and roomy environment for our break in Valletta.

As with much of Valletta there is construction close by. Also I misinterpreted the photos and anticipated having a balcony.

Very hard to find accommodation ,address needs to be made much clearer on all emails as 147 St Ursala Street, Valetta, taxi from the airport took us to what he thought was the correct property but we had a good walk to find out the correct address. A pre booked taxi which was supposed to be part of our package never arrived so we had to spend €20 on booking our own, really disappointed with the organisation. Property lacked bedside tables and NO service booklet to explain how anything worked, also the safe would not open. Reported the problem with the safe but nothing done. The apartment was expensive for what we received and we would be reluctant to recommend the accommodation to anyone else.
