Excellent, well maintained terrace with wonderful harbour and city view and plenty of seating options. Spacious lounge/kitchen area. Comfortable main and sofa beds and good sized rooms.

Air-con was ineffective in the main bedroom so we’re glad we had taken our own fan. The heat in the main bathroom was a bit intense and we didn’t seem to be able to get the fan to work. However, it was 32-35 degrees outside when we visited which would account for part of that.

Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist wunderschön und wer gerne die Schiffe bei der Ein- und Ausfahrt in den Hafen zusieht ist hier richtig. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, in einer ruhigen Straße. Die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in kurzer Zeit fußläufig erreichbar. Die Nachbarn waren sehr freundlich. Es war alles da, was wir benötigen haben. Der Kontakt war auch vor Anreise schon sehr gut, sogar an einem Sonntag. Eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür.

Die Treppe zur Küche und Terrasse sollte in der Beschreibung erwähnt werden, ich habe mich schnell daran gewöhnt, kann mir aber vorstellen, dass einige damit Probleme hätten.

Its large which is nice. Upper living space nice and good view from the large roof terrace which we couldn’t use however due to the hot conditions.

The apartment is a bit scruffy but certainly has potentiel. Beds and pillows not very good.Elevator is good for luggage but I wouldn’t trust it for people. A resident told us it’s unstable and it’s tiny. As we left the front door upon departure the cleaner took the key out if the box as we left it. As if she had been waiting for us to leave. The property required a €400 deposit on top of the payment which makes no sense and very unusual. Check out is at 10am.
