Perfect location, spacious suite, family-friendly facility!

This is our third time staying at this property and it’s our favorite place to stay in Reno! Walking distance to the Row and stadium, nice outdoor pool and hot tub, gym and sauna, spacious suites, great staff, lots of parking- it’s a 10!

Way better than anticipated facility!! Great!

Spacious, comfortable bed/pillows. Very well appointed with everything you need. New appliances (including washer/dryer) great outdoor spaces/ pool and hot tub. Indoor foosball, arcade and pool table. TV in both bedrooms and living area. Murphy bed so could sleep 7-8 in the suite. Very accommodating staff, all of them! Free parking.

Not a nice area of Reno. A bit seedy looking but didn’t feel dangerous. Surprised that WiFi was extra -about $10/day. They need to charge everyone’s room an extra $2 and include free WiFi. Not a good PR move in this age where everyone has free WiFi. No restaurant on the premises but still would stay there again anyway.

Loved it

We LOVED the 2 bedroom suite. We we're able to make breakfast and dinner in the full kitchen. There was 2 full bathrooms. It was basically an apartment and there's a washer and dryer!

10 am check out. Never in all the places I've stayed has there been a 10 am check out. There's not any walls in the living/bedroom it's all window which freaked us out w 2 littles we just tried to put stuff in front of them. It was a little walk to the casinos but that was fine and their "arcade area" is just claw machines. Would have been nice to have actual games.

Hello, I booked a 2 bd rm sleeps 6 ppl it was a 2 br room apartment basically. The kitchen was fully equipped with what you need to prepare and cook a meal on the stove or oven.

That I had to leave ! No availability in between my stay

Great stay for a group!

We absolutely loved our stay! It was a great room to be able to stay with friends. Plenty of room for ALL of us! We also really enjoyed the friendly staff. They were so kind when checking in.

The parking lot was a small area and was very hard when another car was coming through. They do have a basement that was a lot easier to use, but still tight fitting with our big car. The bathrooms are SO tiny. You have to close the door just to be able to partially sit comfortably.

Very clean, spacious rooms with free parking this is very easy to access. Staff is great and 24 hour check-in is convenient. This is also a great location as it is easy to walk downtown and to Midtown while also having good vehicle access to the freeway.

Having to pay extra for internet and daily house keeping. It's kind of a given that you get both when booking hotel rooms, so it didn't dawn on me to double-check if those items were included, but I guess because these are normally time-shares, they aren't. (Cleaning is included in the overall fee, but only for after you have checked-out.)

Will Definitely Stay Here Again!!!!

Hotel is perfect, spacious, clean room, comfortable beds. It's a timeshare hotel so it has kitchen with plates and everything you need if you want to cook. Floor is tile or wood can't tell but I love it. I dislike carpet floor. :-) This is our 2nd time staying here so hopefully next Sept. 2023, there will be available rooms again for our 3rd stay. :-) Erik who checked us in was very nice. Pool is heated so my son enjoyed swimming! Keep up the good work Worldmark Reno!!!!

If you do not mind construction, this place is awesome!

Rooms are great, clean and well stocked. Location is perfect and easy to walk from to sites.

Good stay with friends for a ski trip

The unit contains 2 rooms with 1 queen bed and 2 full-size bed each. There is also a sofa bed in the living room. This is the perfect set for a group travel of 3-5 people. The rooms are clean and the utilities are enough. The staff is willing to help, like borrowing screw driver when I need to fix my snowboard.

The parking lot might be full at night. So do not arrive too late. The frontdesk charged us extra tax/fee, but eventually returned them.
