Location is great. Very easy to walk around to many attractions and lots of food options around. Easy Bolt pick up. The apartment has great internet and AC in both rooms.

We were aware of the noise in the evening because of the previous reviews. It is very very loud, it did not bother us or our kids as they still use white noise. You can see performance quite well from the restaurant across the street :)

I booked this apartment for the last two days of my trip and because our previous host were already booked. But this apartment was good and well maintained, clean and nicely done. The location was excellent. We were family of five and it was sufficient for us (one big size double bed, two single beds and one sofa bed). Although the kitchen was well equipped with all necessary appliances but it was little congested. It was ok for us as we didn't care to cook that much on vacation.

There is only one small mirror in washroom in whole apartment. The heating in the apartment was good but for some reason the bathroom was very cold inspite of having heater inside.

Самый центр. Во второй комнате 2 односпальные кровати, с детьми это удобно. Можно заехать в любое время.

Если вы ищите тишины - это не ваш вариант. Под окнами бани и ресторан, где играет музыка до 24.00, и все это прекрасно слышно в апартаментах. Водонагреватель работает плохо, горячая вода в раковине идет тонкой струйкой, а в душе ровно 1,5 минуты, после этого отключается, идет холодная. Если вам нужна стоянка и вы хотите ездить по Тбилиси на своей машине или путешествовать куда-то, то место под шлагбаумом сомнительный вариант. Туда набивается куча машин, никто не оставляет свой номер, куда можно позвонить что бы тебя выпустили. Только приехать, поставить и потом уже уезжать. Но для этого нужно выехать часов до 9 пока опять не приехало много машин. Подоконники не протирали вечность, на них слой черной пыли.
