A fairly cozy room right in the center of Old Tbilisi. The guesthouse is located in my favorite area—on Botanical Street, in a beautiful canyon. The shared patio offers a stunning view of the river and the gorge. We had a cozy ground-floor room with a small window. The room had everything we needed, including a washing machine. All the main attractions are very close!
The only downside was that the mattress protector under the sheet was very dirty! covered in yellow stains. There were also stains on the towels. This slightly affected our overall impression, but in general, we were very satisfied with our stay.

I highly recommend this wonderful place to stay while exploring Tbilisi. Everything was conveniently located near the city's tourist spots. The area felt safe and secure. The owner was very friendly and accommodating when we requested to extend our stay by a few more days.
