The location is very central, in the old town. The host is very welcoming, helpful, the checkin and checkout are easy, you can pay by cash or card.

If you arrive by car, it may be complicated to find a parking spot nearby as the facility doesn't have its own, and given the central location, the surroundings are almost always full. We stayed in the room at the top floor and the wifi was very slow in the room.

The brothers that run the place are incredibly helpful and kind. Absolutely perfect Great location and clean.

Уютный и просторный номер, есть всё необходимое, включая кухню. Хозяева очень дружелюбные, мы приехали поздно, заселились без проблем. Главное преимущество - это местоположение в самом центре старого города, что создает особую атмосферу. Нам очень понравилось жить в этом месте, рекомендую.

Very friendly and communicative host. The apartment is very clean. The bed in the living room is a sofa bed and it was bit broken. Since we were traveling with kids and our kids are small in height, the broken sofa part on the down part didn't effect us. The apartment is located in the old Tbilisi center and hence if you are coming with a car, it will be challenge to find a car parking space. It took us about 1 hour to find a free parking spot. The apartment is located in the center and hence multiple eateries and options are just few 100 metres. The apartment is modern and well equipped with microwave, refrigerator. In general I would rate 10/10 to the apartment at this price segment. The host should fix the sofa bed which is definitely needing an immediate attention.
