Betlemi Apartment 41

Vasil was a great host. The apartment was clean; it had three rooms with very comfortable beds- two twins and a double, a sitting room and open plan kitchen and bath/shower room. Lovely little balcony and even a courtyardy area. It is situated in the Jewish quarter in the old town near some excellent coffee shops. a bakery, lots of pubs, clubs and restaurants - we had such a fun evening in O Neils Irish pub - the band was rocking! Vasil was very kind - the upstairs B&B guest made noise and he asked them to keep it down; he allowed us late check out; he was kind and courteous when he came over. Thank You!

there are a lot of stray cats in the area and they pee. Vasil sent the cleaners round to hose down the front - which was very kind and thoughtful him - thanks. Cats and dogs are all over Tbilisi so it is in no way a criticism of Betlemi - just you want to watch leaving windows open or balcony doors. But this is anywhere in Tbilisi.

De locatie en het appartement waren fantastisch! Middenin de oude stad en vlakbij de leuke restaurants & oude straatjes. Ook een prachtig uitzicht over de stad vanop het terras. Een aanrader!

1) The property is located in the old city, conveniently close to the center. However, access can be challenging due to the steep climb required to reach it. 2) View from terrace was awesome 3) Easy check in

1) Only one bathroom/WC for six people, it was insufficient for a comfortable stay. 2) The hair dryer was not functioning properly, and the amenities, including the slippers, were of poor quality. 3) We also found garbage left behind by previous guests in the furniture, which was disappointing. 4) Only cash payments were accepted, which was inconvenient. 5) Beds are uncomfortable
