1. Шикарное расположение - близко от цента и при этом в тихом дворе. 2. Очень тихо - по голове никто не топает, соседей не слышно. Только кошки кричат если окно открыто. 3. Хозяин отзывчивый - попросил турку, сразу купил. 4. Матрас мне понравился 5. Напор воды в душе хороший, поскольку боулер, то надо дать протечь, чтобы пошла вода нужной температуры 6. Wi-Fi хороший, работал из апартаментов с видео звонками, проблем не было 7. Кондиционер тихий, мощный

Замечания по мелочи: 1. Подушка для меня высоковата 2. Не помешала бы сушилка для посуды 3. Мусорной карзины нет, заменил пакетом. 4 Как то странно работает один из блинов электроплитки, не понял работает или нет. 5. Маловато розеток - приходилось перетыкать микроволновку, чайник 6. Ножи традиционно тупые для апартаментов

This place is highly recommended if you want comfort, a great location, spotless cleanliness, and a noise-free environment. We booked this place last minute when the road to Kazbegi was closed and we had to return to Tbilisi. The owner replied right away and confirmed that we could check in immediately, as the room was already ready. He is very accommodating and attentive to our needs, but honestly, you hardly need assistance because everything is already perfect. There is a washing machine, a very comfortable bed (which we didn’t have in our first and second hotels in Tbilisi), and a kitchen with basic kitchen tools. The toilet is spacious, and the shower is separate. This is worth highlighting because in the first two hotels we stayed at in Tbilisi, the toilet was very small and the water didn’t drain properly when taking a shower. The location is excellent—just a few minutes on foot and you will reach the Peace Bridge. Just a note: don’t hang anything on the radiator. I did, and it caused a stain. I informed the owner and offered to pay for the damage, but he refused to accept any payment. Overall, we had a great stay at this place.
