"The owner is super kind and comprehensive - friendly, tolerant, and the place is in an amazing location! Everything's super accessible, right next to the heart of Tbilisi, with loads of restaurants and grocery stores. The place itself is a total sanctuary - super safe, no noise, and the church adds this amazing spiritual vibe that's really calming. When you need a taxi, he's on it in a minute. I totally fell in love with it!"

Очень грязно! Фотографии вообще не соответствуют реальности. Грязные жалюзи на окнах, трещины на стенах, побитая мебель, плесень в душевой кабине, сломанные жалюзи на кондиционере, поэтому им было сложно пользоваться, грязная обивка на диване, на него противно садиться. Вода в душевой кабине очень плохо сливается, грязный кафель в душе. Не рекомендуем

location was excellent.
The photos that are here are not in reality, the house is old and needs repairs, especially the bathroom cabin. Very dirty and moldy. The cabinets are old. Old gas stove without a handle. Accommodation facilities are very poor. There was no washing machine. And there is no airport shuttle. However, it is mentioned in the description.
