Lasare, хозяин, очень дружелюбный, отзывчивый, открытый. Сразу помог поменять деньги, все показал, рассказал. Квартира расположена в самом самом центре, до всего пешком от 3 до 15 минут. Небольшая, но удобная и уютная. Чисто. Очень удобная кровать и подушки! Есть полноценная плита, две кастрюли и сковородка, всякие тарелки, чашки, вилки-ложки. Удобный обеденный стол и стулья. Диванчик там же. Уютный дворик, где можно посидеть. Приятные и дружелюбные соседи. В квартире регулируемые батареи, что очень удобно в сезон меняющейся погоды.
Тесновато в ванной комнате.

Расположение отличное: сразу можно выйти в бани/рестораны/на прогулку по старому городу. Хозяин гостеприимный, заселил нас ночью без вопросов. Белье, посуда, холодильник, санузел чистые, места на двоих хватает.
Немного подустал ремонт и вид из окна спальни на входную группу соседей: шторы нужно держать всегда закрытыми, а то придется здороваться :)

All ammenities are available, clean and well maintained apartment. From laundry detergent, kitchen towels and other small stuffs that you need are available.The owner is very helpful to us especially when the water supply is out.He provided us some water which we really appreciate his help.
