The host George. He's so kind and attentive to your needs. He is conversant in English and likes to give you info about interesting places in Georgia. He treats you like a member of the family. Good for couple or family who wants privacy.
What I didn't like is that after a couple of days, you will feel at home and you don't want to leave...

Not super quiet, a little bit noisy from traffic noise, but bearable.

The apartment was basic, but ideally situated between the Old Town and the metro station, and was spotlessly clean. George, the landlord, is a very friendly guy, and contacted me in advance to arrange pick-up from the airport.
