The location is perfect, and Lisa keeps the place spotless and provides an excellent breakfast every day.

Unless you book 4 rooms at once, you share the common area with people in other rooms. I booked 3 rooms for 10 people, and this was not clear from the pictures. The pictures of the kitchen area is common for all rooms and for delivery of food and water to the suite, so a family needs to know that this common area will be used by others and is not a kitchen that has facilities that you can use.

The location was excellent. Very close to the main street where shops and restaurants are. There is a small supermarket near by which was convenient as well. Walking distance to the beach was a plus. Jasmine was helpful for the entire time. She welcomed us and provided some recommendations in the area. We also enjoyed daily breakfast. They provided some flexibility of the time for the breakfast which we appreciated. While the view from the balcony was nice but what you see in the pictures may not reflect what you actually see.

Overall, we enjoyed the property and no complains but view from the property may not reflect what you see in those pictures on the website. Be aware of that the elevator is very small. The room is clean and enough for four (2 adults and 2 kids) of us to enjoy but you might feel that it is small if you are traveling adults only.

Our stay at Sersale Suites was wonderful. The rooms are beautiful, tastefully decorated, and feature a carefully curated nautical theme that immediately captures the charm of the Amalfi Coast. We also really appreciated the easy access, which is very important when traveling in this area. And the breakfast was simply spectacular: the best of our entire trip. The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. Without a doubt, this is an accommodation that deserves the highest rating.

Lisa, the housekeeper and person who prepared breakfast, was the saving grace for this property. She was kind and did such a lovely job. Give that woman a RAISE!

The photos and descriptions were misleading. This is not a hotel. This is a converted apartment with 4 rooms and a central space for dining. The main lobby door to the apartment was frequently left open by other tenants which raised some security concerns for me. There was also a worker who frequently worked from the common space/breakfast space and would join conference calls or have his phone on speaker which was loud and a bit disruptive. The biggest deterrent was the elevator. It had to be at least 30-40 years old and could only really fit 2 people. It offered a poor first impression that made me wonder if this was a safe place to stay. Last thing, is you are only given 1 key to the main door and to the room. I appreciate that many hotels in Europe offer only 1 room key to prevent electricity waste, however it made accessing the property challenging when traveling with friends. At minimum offering an additional front key would be helpful so we can at least get in the front door.
