The location was great right in the middle of things. It was a little noisy but that felt like ambiance snd certainly didn’t impact our enjoyment. The room was gorgeous and breakfast on the roof absolutely lovely
Beds were very firm and the water didn’t seem to get hot. Lukewarm even after running for awhile

The view of the street and cliff side is iconic. You’re right in the middle of Sorrento. 10/10 location. Rooms are beautiful. Breakfast is good.
There were multiple issues with the shower (cold/low -no pressure). Our room door was left open after cleaning staff had been in one day. Though, I don’t believe anything sinister to have occurred. It’s still not a great look.

The building is beautiful and the staff are friendly. The location is in the heart of Sorrento.
The noise from the street below. The building was beautiful but the noise from the busy street below until 3am was unbearable, then the cleaners, street sweepers & laundry deliveries all start at 7am, they are also super noisy. The doors that open onto the balconies are not sound proof and the street below is the busiest street in Sorrento, such a shame. We purchased ear plugs for the following night and they helped a lot, just a heads up if you stay here invest in some. I feel they should supply them at check in.
