You really couldn't ask for a better location, right in the pedestrianised centre of Sorrento, surrounded by restaurants, shops and bars. We stayed in a junior suite, which was the perfect size and the balcony, although small, was nice to sit out on and enjoy a pre-dinner drink. The bed was a king size and pretty comfortable and no complaints over the bathroom and shower.
The communication prior to arrival was excellent and Debra was super helpful throughout our stay; always looking to offer advice and make sure we had everything we needed.
Could of done with more storage for clothes; just 5 coat-hangers provided. Also it's always nice to have a fridge in the room, but it really wasn't very cold.

There was no breakfast but location made finding restaurants easy .

Central location. Rooms were lovely and really clean. Deborah couldn't do enough for us and booked trips for us, recommended restaurants and made sure we were happy.
Opposite church so bells in the morning made sure we didn't sleep in, but location was so central you couldn't complain too much.
