Overall the hotel was excellent and staff were great. Our first night we didn't have hot water, only warm, but the concierge fixed the issue with the boiler and we had hot water an hour later. We also had issues with the lights/TV turning off in our room constantly, as if the motion sensor didn't recognize we were there. It was a bit annoying. This has nothing to do with the hotel per se, but I would not stay directly on Corso Italia again. The strip is quite noisy at night and I recommend staying a bit further away.

Clean, friendly staff, perfect location, comfortable accommodations. But our room was loud from others on the main walk until at least 2am and starting again around 6am when cleaning crews where out.
