Great location and well appointed flat.
Outside being renovated and a bit hard to find due to scaffolding. Key pickup from minimart very easy and for the location and price incredible value.

Apartment was clean, in perfect location to the city centre.
Key collection from L1 Mini Market was not very smooth. Was given incorrect PIN number to get key and took 2 phone calls to get the correct PIN for the key. Was also initially given the wrong key for a different apartment. Staff on phone were friendly but took over 45 minutes at the mini market to get it sorted and get the correct key. Apartment block is a complete building site. Scaffolding everywhere. Unable to open windows because it was straight on to scaffolding. Apartment block not the easiest to find straight away, could do with better signage.

Apartment is comfortable, well equipped, and in a good location.
Building is covered in scaffolding and is effectively a building site.
10am check out time is ridiculous, especially so on a weekend, so wouldn't stay again.
