Central location with free parking on FCFS basis. Good apartment facilities, could have done with a bottle/corkscrew though. Property owner provides noise cancelling filters and ear plugs for those wanting to sleep through the wee hours. Comfortable bed and good shower cubicle. Roof fan lights, electric fans provided.
Right in the middle of a night time entertainment/pub and club area with accompanying noise and on the 4th floor with no elevator - but this also had the benefit of reducing the noise that reaches the apartment.
