We really enjoyed our stay at Andromeda Downtown Residences. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a great location for exploring Athens. Our host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making everything easy and stress-free. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

The location was very central within easy walking distance to attractions and the apartment was clean and nice.
The arrival was stressful as the member of staff meeting us was rude as we had arrived later than intended. I stated that it clearly said keys to be picked up from reception and she argued back with me that it said receptionist, upon checking it does state keys collected at reception. I had sent a text message when we were at the baggage reclaim so felt the welcome we didn’t receive was not a pleasant experience. Also the jacuzzi bath wasn’t working so this was disappointing as it was one on the reasons we chose the apartment. I don’t relish arriving on holiday and being told off. In her defence she apologised for her behaviour but it’s not acceptable customer service.
