Brand New Ermou Veni Apartment

Location is excellent. Nice bathroom. Great of you just want a bed for the night.

Our property search was for 6 people. This apartment is only suitable for 4 people. The sofa bed is a hard sofa and not suitable for sleeping on. 2 of the guests had to find another hotel.

Location was amazing It felt new and comfortable Vicky was accommodating and kind

As a non smoker I struggled with the smell of cigarette inside

Excellent location, located in the hub of activity, walkable to major sites, stores, restaurants and bars. Five minutes walk to the metro and buses, including the X85 straight to the airport. Yesterday quiet. Modern apartment, mostly renovated. Excellent instructions on how to access entry. Great air conditioning. Even had umbrellas, which were handy one rainy evening. Enough space for our clothes and suitcases.

Some things weren’t to standard, were broken or dysfunctional. For example, the shower head didn’t work properly, the shower handle was broken, the bed head lights didn’t all work, the bed head power points didn’t work. The (old) bathroom door had an Old liar handle and didn’t close from the outside. We could close it only from the inside and only if we locked it whilst inside- something we didn’t want do in case of emergency. The manager came to see it, but declared it fine. Stopped hearing much from her afterwards.

The location was great and very easy to find.

The bed was broken and had been “fixed” by staff to look as if it’s not, which means we found out in the middle of the night when one of the wooden blocks in the bed frame decided to fall. There were also lots of huge ants in the apartment and the staff only offered to come clean the day after without any resolution for that same night.
