Stylish 2bed home in Syntagma area

Location is perfect for a stay in Athens!! Cannot be better. Also this is a very large and spacious apartment for this good location. Has two elevators, so no worry going up to 4th floor. Is very complete: has iron machine, washing machine, dishwasher, plenty of glasses/cutlery, etc etc. Host was very kind, nice and helpful! Price - quality is excellent!

The second room bed is a sofa bed, which is less comfortable than a normal bed. Balcony area could be made more comfortable and suitable for 4 persons (more chairs etc). But these things are just some tips for owner as place is really great for a arthens stay.

The apartment is at a great location, in the centre of the city, near the bus station where the busses from the airport come. Everything was clean and it was well-equipped and had all sorts of useful things, like an extension cable that we ended up using.

The bathroom could have been a bit more practical. There wasn’t much space to put clothes before showering and the shower splashed a little.

Επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη, ευρύχωρο και όμορφα διαμορφωμένο διαμέρισμα.

ΚΑΘΑΡΙΟΤΗΤΑ. Δυστυχώς, το διαμέρισμα δεν το παραλάβαμε καθαρό. Στίγματα στο μπουτόν (καζανάκι) της τουαλέτας, στίγματα στον πάγκο της κουζίνας, στίγματα στο τραπέζι της κουζίνας, το τηλεκοντρόλ του κλιματισμού το έπιασα και κολλούσε όπως και το τηλεκοντρόλ της τηλεόρασης, βρήκαμε στα σεντόνια μας μαύρες τρίχες. Γενικά ένιωσα σαν να είχε να καθαριστεί πολύ καιρό το διαμέρισμα. Υπήρχαν μόνο 2 σεντόνια και 4 συνολικά πετσέτες, ψάξαμε όλο το σπίτι και δεν βρήκαμε άλλες, ενώ εκτός από το σαπούνι για τα χέρια δεν υπήρχε ούτε αφρόλουτρο ούτε σαμπουάν. Ούτε καν το μπαλκόνι δεν ήταν καθαρισμένο, φύλλα, υπολλείματα φαγητού κλπ στο δάπεδο. ΔΥΣΤΥΧΩΣ, όλη την ΚΑΛΗ εικόνα του διαμερίσματος την χάλασε η καθαριότητα, που σημαίνει ότι νιώθεις άβολα στο σπίτι και δεν μπορείς να ξεκουραστείς.. Αν δεν υπήρχε αυτό το θέμα το διαμέρισμα θα ήταν καταπληκτικό. Ο οικοδεσπότης φαίνεται ότι επένδυσε στο διαμέρισμα άλλα ο υπεύθυνος για την καθαριότητα παίρνει κάτω από τη βάση.
