The apartment sleeps two guests in a cozy bedroom with a queen-size bed, plus one additional guest on the long side (280 cm) of the living room L-shaped sofa.
The apartment has two TVs, a smart one and a standard one.
Please note there are two small level changes inside the apartment—one at the entrance and another leading to the living room.
Apartment CM1 overlooks the square of the Athens Cathedral, a grand 19th-century temple. The gentle chimes of its bell tower add a touch of old-world charm to your stay.
You are just a 3-minute walk from Monastiraki Metro Station and 5 minutes from Syntagma Square, giving you quick and easy access to the airport and Piraeus port.

Wonderful host, great location, clean apartment with all the necessity amenities, very responsive to whatever questions we had .highly recommended !!! made our stay enjoyable and always looking forward going back to the flat to rest to be able to discover more of Athens and surroundings. Thank you.

Excellent communication from host. Provided comprehensive information packet prior to arrival. Arranged for airport pickup and drop off and were gracious enough to allow for a modest late checkout on the last day. Property location was ideal for all the sites we wanted to explore. 10/10.

Perfect location within walking distance of historic sites, national park, museums, markets and restaurants. Upscale interior with spacious living area. The only negative is the shower. It worked well but take note heavy people: it’s very difficult getting in and out of the shower as the door only opens in. We are not particularly large people so it worked for us, but not easily. Bed was extremely comfortable and large closet with many hangers was convenient. The apartment included coffee and tea, a kettle and French press: very handy in the morning!! A very enjoyable stay!!

great central place. u can walk everywhere and everything is nearby. large rooms and kitchen has all u need except a microwave. i stayed a week and it was very relaxing. one small caution. If your BMI is greater than 27 or you have a belly then you will have some difficulty getting past the door of the stand up shower
