Excellent location

Slow unreliable internet Lift did not work on two occasions, not very comfortable using it Front entrance at night is not very well lit up , corridors and up the stairs are not lit unless you turn on switch on timers

- La situation géographique est vraiment top car au milieu de tout - Acropole, Lycabette, Monastiriaki, etc... sont à 10-15 minutes en marchant - La chambre et la salle de bain sont très jolies - L'appartement était propre - Il y a l'air conditionné et le chauffage - il y a un ascenseur pour accéder à l'appartement (juste 3 marches avant) - Le service client de l'appartement est très réactif, répond très rapidement et est compréhensif et agréable - Ok pour 1 adultes et 3 enfants si vous ne comptez pas manger dans l'appartement, mais petit pour 4 adultes

Location is excellent.

The apartment is not well cared for - you can tell the host is not around and perhaps has never seen the flat. WiFi never worked during our stay and the host asked us questions that showed a complete lack of knowledge about the apartment and its facilities. We were promised a “technician” would come to fix it multiple times, which never happened. There was also no TV remote for the living room, and the remote for the bedroom TV had no batteries. We were also promised someone would come replace that but it never happened. Lastly, the apartment does not have some basic amenities. There is a small kitchen, but no cooking utensils except for a pasta stirrer. The forks had stuck-on food. No shelf is available in the shower, so we had to put our shower gel, shampoo, razor etcetera on the floor.
