ενα καθαρό κατάλυμα με τις απαραίτητες παροχές για μια σύντομη και ευχάριστη διαμονή. σε ήσυχο δρόμο, κοντά σε κεντρικά σημεία και λίγα μέτρα από τα μμε. η οικοδεσπότης πρόθυμη και συνεργάσιμη να διευκολύνει τον επισκέπτη κατά το δυνατό καλύτερα.

ίσως και μια απλώστρα ρούχων εσωτερικού χώρου αν υπήρχε και ένα χαλάκι στο μπάνιο

Estaba muy céntrico y en buena zona. En pocos minutos estabas en todas las zonas importantes que visitarás como la entrada al Acropolis , museo , Plaka, etc. aún siendo céntrica se puede dormir sin ruidos cosa que se agradece y más viendo comentarios de otros apartamentos. El apartamento es tal cual se enseña en las fotos y se nota que hace poco fue reformado. Nicole te envía toda la información explicada de forma clara para poder hacer el check-in de forma fácil y se portaron genial al hacer posible que pudiese hacer un early check-in y no tener que buscar un sitio para dejar las maletas el primer día. Fui con mi mujer y mis dos hijos de 15 años y sin lugar a duda repetiría con ellos si volviese.

Excelente situación. Muy nuevo y limpio. La anfitriona excelente. Pudimos hacer check in por la mañana.

-Excellent location, situated just off a lively shopping street and surrounded by a wide selection of restaurants, cafés, and shops. -Clean and recently renovated apartment. The property was spotless, and the towels were fresh and pleasantly scented. -Added sense of security. The apartment was located on the first floor and accessed through an additional entrance door leading to only two apartments. This extra layer of security was particularly reassuring, as the main entrance of the building, like many older buildings in the city centre, was an older-style entrance that did not provide the same sense of security as newer residential buildings. -Wonderful host. The host was exceptionally kind and accommodating, allowing us to stay in the apartment for an additional two hours due to our afternoon flight. We also appreciated the complimentary bottle of wine, a thoughtful gesture despite the fact that we do not drink wine. -Excellent air conditioning. The air-conditioning units in both bedrooms and the open-plan kitchen/living area worked very well and made the apartment comfortable even during the summer heat. -Comfortable bed overall, although there is still some room for improvement. Very convenient location. The apartment is within walking distance of Syntagma Square, close to the Metro, taxis, and bus stops, and provides easy access to major attractions such as the Acropolis, Plaka, and Monastiraki. -Excellent window shutters. They completely blocked out the morning light, creating a dark and comfortable environment for sleeping

-Key access only. The apartment could only be accessed with physical keys rather than a code or access card. In addition, only one set of keys was provided, which was somewhat inconvenient as we occasionally had different plans during our stay. After we mentioned this to the host, she kindly explained that a second set had been lost and that they were planning to provide a replacement set for future guests. -The elevator was not consistently operational during our visit. -The building entrance and common areas could benefit from better maintenance. The building is an older property, and the entrance and stairwell were not as clean or well-maintained as the apartment itself. -Noise levels may be an issue for light sleepers. As the apartment is centrally located and situated on the first floor, there was noticeable street noise, particularly during the evening and early morning hours. The sound insulation could be improved. I found earplugs helpful in reducing the disturbance. -Hot water required advance planning. The water heater needed to be switched on approximately 30 minutes before showering, which was somewhat inconvenient, particularly during the summer months. -Limited living space. Although the apartment offers two bedrooms, it does not include a dedicated living room or lounge area. Apart from a small table and two chairs in the entrance/hallway area, there is very little communal space to relax indoors. As a result, the apartment is best suited for guests who plan to spend most of their time exploring the city rather than staying in the apartment during the day
