I found the the property to be a perfect location for my short time in our friend allowed me to walk everywhere to restaurants and bars and sightseeing with local restaurants around the corner from the building and a local train station and bus transport to and from the airport

Excellent location near Syntagma metro. Walling distance to most attractions. Bathroom clean, bed comfortable. Iron and washer, drying rack availabe. Clerks in the office very polite and helpful. However, there was no table or desk in the room. Furniture cheap or old. Finish of the workmaship (tiles, paint, floor poor) Kitchen in common area for 7 rooms, so it may be busy. Very noisy all night, windows did not block the noise. Needed ear plugs to sleep well.

We had an email 24 hours before our stay stating we had to pay a city resiliency tax before we would be given our code to access our room. The problem we had is that the link they gave us was broken and wouldn’t accept payment. We tried multiple devices, web browsers and payment cards but it wouldn’t go through. This meant that when we got there we had to walk to their other site to pay and get the details and walk back as this particular location doesn’t have a reception desk. We also had a problem with the plug in the sink that couldn’t be lifted out so water took a very long time to drain. Plus the toilet leaked and we often found we got wet socks and shorts while sitting on it as the pressure/weight must have released a crack or something. We also heard a lot of noise at night. I know it’s in a busy city but it almost sounded like the windows were open and didn't isolate sound much. The location was great and the bed was fine. If you’re just looking for a place to sleep it’s fine for the price.

It was clean and cozy room. It was a shared cooking are. Really like the washing machine in the common area. Could use more of the drying rack. Walkable 10 minutes to the acropolis. There is a good coffee shop across the street. There are good restaurant across the street. I would recommend the greco project.

Very poor lightning during the night when we arrived. Felt unsafe. And they made me walk 13 minutes to the reception area for check in instructions and pay 1.50 euros tax. On the good side, had a locker company right below which is convenient to walk around after check out.

Easy nice enough accommodation with simple self check in instructions sent to you directly. Room off a shared lounge/kitchen area with good amenities and washing machine. Our ensuite door handle was broken and would seperate from the door - needs some maintenance in areas.

The place looks not well maintained. I honestly don’t know why this place doesn’t show photos that actually depict the rooms, they’re not the worst but they’re so different from the photos. I do feel this a step above a hostel. You cannot leave luggage here (at least that’s what I assume? Since they didn’t get back to me about leaving luggage) but luckily there is a locker room right next door that you can pay for. It is quite loud but if bearable if you’re not a light sleeper.

Excellent location, walkable to Monastiraki Square, Acropolis, plaka, Syntagma metro, x95 bus terminal, etc within 1km or 15 min. Unfortunately, we arrived early in morning, the luggage storage prior checkin only available at management property office (15 mins away from the building staying), so we had to drag our luggages over and back until we can check in...very inconvenient. Wish they have luggage storage option onsite or work/partnership with local storage services next to building staying.

First we were under the impression it was a 'Hotel'. It is not. Its 4 rooms off a kitchen and lounge area on the 4th floor of a building. On arrival we were told we had to walk 8 minutes to another building to get ok to enter room and pay tax. Not knowing Athens it took us 20 minutes. And when we booked we were not told it was not a hotel or that we could not check in at the address. After a longish flight and bus ride and walk we were not impressed. We found a real hotel and did not stay so want a refund on bases of false advertising

Stayed for two nights. Very cute apartment centrally located to everything. There is no on-site parking but a 24-hour parking garage right around the corner. One or two minute walk. Had a bit of an issue with the water and the futon bed was squeaking all night. We were able to manage for two nights. The communication was amazing. Never mentioned the issues above to anyone. Again, we were able to manage for two nights.

The location is great. The hotel is located right in the middle of all the important tourist attractions acropolis, syntagma square, and many food choices. One critique would be that the beds are quite uncomfortable. Additionally the walls are paper thin. Great other amenities like laundry and the cleaning people are awesome.

We have stayed two days in the hotel. In the first day morning at 9:25a.m., a female staff knocked our door loudly and said something in non-English language while we were sleeping. We were suddenly woke up by the noise and told her we didn’t need the cleaning service, then she went away. In the second day morning at 9:22a.m., a staff suddenly unlocked and opened our door directly without any asking, while we were sleeping. After a second, she found that we were still sleeping, then she closed the door quickly and loudly. We were suddenly woke up again by the annoying disturbance. At the 10:50 a.m., the female staff came again, knocked our door and said”time”, we told her we will checkout shortly. It was very offensive! The official checkout time was 11:00a.m., the staff disturbed and suddenly woke us up several times before the checkout time. Also the staff unlocked and opened our door without asking, we felt unsafe and no privacy in this hotel. What a terrible and awful living experience! We got the badly sleeping quality and the offensive annoyance in this hotel, we were tired and disappointed about it. We would not recommend this hotel.

The bathroom shower has a temperature control problem which causes either sudden burning hot water or cold. The shower unit itself is too small for an adult to shower. The bathroom overall is unacceptable. The living space and bedroom designed and furnished well but the windows in the bedroom are not suitable for a residence/hotel because they don't block any noise from outside, which is also unacceptable as it's too disruptive to sleep.

The communication and the check-in were flawless, good value for the money paid, i found it extremely clean and amazing pillows not old like some hotels... The bed is not extremely comfortable, so I'd give it a 6/10. People reported that it was noisy and it's normal because its downtown, if you're sensitive to the noise atay away from this arwa. Other than that, they need to put darker curtains because they're light and let all the sun in. I stil recommend it if you need fo stay a couple of night, make sure you have a sleeping mask because of the light.

Only good thing is the location, everything else is under par. room is small and noisy, I can hear the garbage truck or people talking from my 4th floor room, as if I was on the 1st floor with window wide open. Wife had to use ear plug when sleeping, terrible !! There is also a ridiculous 20 Euro daily cleaning fee per room, ridiculous too. highly NOT recommended.

Great Location, 5mins walk away from Syntagma Square. Lots of Asian (Japanese especially) food around. It has a common area for Kitchen/Laundry and they provide washing powder for laundry if you'd like to do your laundry. Overall - Great stay but the only complain would be the pillows! It's SO flat and we couldn't request for more.
