La ubicacion es excelente, muy cerca de centro turistico y a 10 minutos de la acropolis.

rating between 8 and 9, not 10 as not refurbished recently but still clean - we were overall very satisfied: very comfortable beds and mattress, much space in rooms, cleanliness, clean bedclothes and towels, 1st floor, easy getting into building, big sunny tarrace, table and chairs for meals, well equipped kitchen, coffee machine, microwave, sunny department with blinds, aircondition, street view as positive, close to pub and restaurant 5 types, Bazaar minimarkets 200m, 600m , calm neighbors. Very climat inner environment, long time not refurbished but overall clean and cosy and in good shape, mirrors, old furnitures take it as positive, Acropol in 7 min walking distance the same branded stores even closer, windows isolating evening street noise, easy getting keys from secret box
relatively narrow bathtub, not fully working water tap but working overall, lack garbage bags (minor thing), Friday party over the corner but closed at midnight, that's normal in strict center

Very spacious, well equipped apartment just 5 minutes walk from the main square. Metro and all the stops are there. We found several fabulous restaurants with delicious Greek dishes and a small grocery nearby.
The property has all the necessary things to live in. Easy check in instructions, helpful staff. The WiFi is very good, there are a plenty of books for travelers , they might be helpful too. Good balcony and an orange tree is next to it.
1. Clearer instructions for equipment usage is needed. For example we couldn’t switch on the stove for half a day, because nothing was written there that you have to switch it from the electrical panel. The username and password for WiFi should have been written as well. We found them on the modem.
2. At least two keys for the entrance would be more convenient for a group (family).
3. Elevator is so tiny that only one small bag can fit into it. Although the apartment is on a 1st floor, bear in mind that fact. I have never seen this kind of lifts before.

Posizione ottima. Appartamento ampio e confortevole. Lo consiglio per tutti: coppia, famiglia e anche viaggio con piccolo gruppo di amici.
Il meccanismo di check-in con la lockbox, non ben dettagliato nelle istruzioni, ci ha creato qualche difficoltà e arrivando di sera tardi ha comportato un po’ di disagio.
Le istruzioni potrebbero essere più chiare, forse qualche foto per individuare meglio la box sarebbe utile.
Non è stato possibile contattare nessuno telefonicamente o con whatsapp quando la sera abbiamo avuto difficoltà per entrare
Anche la segreteria telefonica parlava solo la lingua locale e questo non va bene.
Ma è stato l’unico neo.
Per il resto appartamento e posizione davvero ottimi
