location great, right IN the city. There's even a very nice bar/restaurant on the roof . Air conditioning works well and the space is well organized

Missing bulbs, ugly light, what's create a lack of charm when you get in. No decent chairs to sit on. We're in the city, it's noisy (that's normal) . Sofa bed really not comfy (and we struggled to open it).

The place is in the heart of Athens, within 10 min of most attractions. We loved being in the middle of the lively atmosphere, especially if you travel with teenager kids. Staying on the most posh street in town is a big thing :), to simply wake up and walk around the fancy shops. The street may be seen by some reviewers as noisy during the evenings, or nights, but we actually found it quite nice, there are ad hoc, street singers entertaining us with their live performance, while we either stayed in bed, or had a glas of whine later after dinner. We were not bother in morning by the crowds, of by shops opening for their business, although some earlier reviewers complained about this. If it was a bit of a noise, it was due to the bar on the roof-top, playing music up to midnight. But again it felt like staying late at a bar anyway.

One could be picky about many things, but I think for the money we paid it was a good stay. Some utilities may not be brand new, but they worked, and we managed to get around few small missing, to make our stay a good one.

the room is fancy with everything you need. The best part is the location which is in the city center. During my stay, the air conditioner was broken, the hold changed it very quickly. So generally it was a nice stay.

The screw of the toilet nozzle is loose and there is noise
