The location was perfect for exploring all the sights of Athens. Our family rented 4 apartments, and all were clean and easy to access. Lovely view from rooftop. Would definitely stay here again.

Most of my questions for the staff were handled by email, and their responses were always prompt and polite. The hotel facilities were excellent, and I had no complaints at all. Despite being located in a busy downtown area, the hotel was quiet. Above all, the view from the rooftop was absolutely stunning. I can honestly say that staying at this hotel contributed greatly to the success of my business trip.

Very clean and updated property. Bed was very comfortable. The room was a little tight but was as described. Host was very helpful and easy to communicate via the app. I would definitely stay there again, it’s a great location between many tourist sites. Felt safe and secure. Great rooftop view.

I liked the fact that there were two toilets. What I didn't like at all was that the sofa bed was probably worse than sleeping on the floor. It was very uncomfortable and should be replaced if you are going to rent it for 3 or 4 people. The street below was also noisy, but the closed windows made it less so. The location of the hotel was ideal!

Unannounced, 4 people entered the apartment for maintenance while ignoring us completely. They caused a big mess and dust all over the place we did not clean after themselves. This type of maintenance work should be conducted without paying guests being hosted in the apartment. Stay away!!!!!

We stayed at the Hestia on Romvis 9 during the "heat dome" at the end of July 2023. We were so thankful that the room's air conditioning worked well. We actually had one room for my wife and I and one room for our college age son and daughter. The apartment is very convenient for sight seeing. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to get to for our 3 days in Athens. We took a taxi from the airport here, but could have taken the metro. (Not sure if Metro had an elevator or just stairs for our bulky suitcases. Taxi was more convenient.) It's about a 10 minute walk from the Syntagma metro. There are a few Gregory's coffee shops nearby with yummy breakfast pastries - plus lots of small restaurants nearby. A stone's throw away is a vegan gelato place that has amazing "ice cream." And all of the main sites are within walking distance. Our luggage got lost for 2 days, and if it was to be delivered here, it would have been a challenge. If we weren't in, the delivery folks would have to call the reservation line who would call housekeeping to unlock the front door. We ended up going back to the Airport (via Metro) to get our luggage ourselves. I'd stay here again. The rooftop "terrace" has lovely views of Athens. Close to shopping, restaurants, and very walkable to the Acropolis, Plaka, etc.

The property was modern, clean, and in a great location close to Plaka. We had not confirmed our arrival time details 2 days before, so there was no one at the desk when we arrived around 4 p.m. However, we used WiFi from the cafe next door and within a few minutes had our code to access the space. The rooftop gives a splendid view, which we enjoyed with some wine. I believe we stayed in unit 102, which had a bedroom separate from the living area with its sofa=bed couch. Great stay!

The situation at night with the bars makes it impossible to sleep. Also, the communication with the team was lacking. I called 3x prior to check-in to confirm the room was for 4 people and it still was not set up properly when we checked in.

This is an apartment building with no front desk or reception. So getting any help or communicating with property manager is not easy. cleaning service is not included you have to pay 30€ each time. Although it is located in the downtown area, taxi cannot come to the entrance. This is quite inconvenient and not easy with me baggage. No refills for tea, coffee, bags and milk. Apartment & its layout is nice. It has a balcony attached that is very good. Apartment was clean & linen & towels placed nicely. Bathrooms have radiators for keeping towels dry👍 I think if the property managers are more visible & available it would be much better experience for tourists.

Final night's stay in a 1 month trip to Greece. Unit was lovely but the inability to store luggage for a few hours and difficulty with their clunky check-in process (no human interaction) was a real downer. We did appreciate though that they allowed us to stay in the roof garden area for a few hours with our luggage.

Great location with walking distance to most attractions. Many restaurants and bars nearby. Staff was very responsive and friendly. We had a few minor issues during our stay and someone showed up to solve the problem within a few minutes after we sent a WhatsApp message, even at midnight. We really enjoyed our 4-night stay at this hotel!

I *loved* staying in this apartment. The bed was super comfortable. The whole place was very modern and clean. On Sunday there was a loud bar downstairs but with both hallway doors closed you couldn't hear anything in the bedroom. Very well sound proofed. The bar didn't play music on the weekdays. I loved sitting on the balcony with my morning coffee. It was very close the the high street for shopping and easy to get to the subway and pick up points for my tour busses. Fresh bottled water in the fridge when i arrived and fresh towels were given to me during my stay. 10/10 would stay there again.
