The staff were very helpful. We arrived one hour early, so they allowed us to check in early. We were not able to get in straight away but the issue was resolved within 5 minutes due to the excellent communication.
The facilities were excellent. The room was exceptionally clean. I stayed in a room with my friend and we felt we had enough space for us both to get ready as two women.
The location was great as there are many restaurants and bars around.

Room ammenities, including coffee machine and little kitchen
Breakfast was included in the price but starts at 9, which is really late for business travellers, so i could not have it and I learnt thebreakfast time only after booking and paying for it

This was our second stay here, and once again everything was excellent!!!
The location is great, very close to shops, Syntagma metro station, and lots of food options. Not only that, but this is one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed in.
The staff is amazing and always willing to help. They were very responsive to anything we needed. Everything was great once again — nothing bad at all. Totally recommended

The room was clean and had everything that was needed.
I was advised prior to my stay that the room had been renovated. However, I was then surprised to see that the shower door did not seal properly and due to the layout it then leaked all over the floor. The bathroom layout in these rooms is really not great, you cannot get out the shower without wetting the entire floor and we bumped our feet on the washbasin stand multiple times due to layout of the bathroom. I would strongly suggest changing this and then the rooms would be lovely.
