Die Lage ist hervorragend mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf die Akropolis, die bei Nacht beleuchtet ist und die man von der Terasse des Appartments aus sieht. Die Umgebung ist voll von Restaurants, Bäckereien und kleinen Läden. Zu vielen Touristenzielen (Akropolis, Plaka, etc.) ist es zu Fuß nicht weit. Das Gleiche gilt für den zentralen Syntagma-Platz und die Uni.
Das Appartment ist recht eng, so dass man sich genau überlegen muss, wo das Reisegepäck verstaut wird, dass es nicht den Weg versperrt. Das Bad hat ein großes Fenster ohne Sichtschutz und keine Duschkabine, so dass man von außen reingucken kann. Dieses Problem wäre sehr leicht zu beheben, zum Beispiel durch einen Vorhang.

Good location, right in the middle of the action in downtown Athens. Great view from spacious patio, with AC and elevator that work well.
Tiny studio, apt is fine but a little shoddy and not the cleanest part of town (maybe that’s a lot of Athens)

Great location, short walk to Acropolis and other attractions. Lovely view from balcony of the Acropolis.
Very small room not including balcony.

The location is very good, very central and still it wasn't busy, disturbing or noisy. If you travel in summer you can use the big balcony to sit in and enjoy your breakfast and look at Acropolis at the same time. Otherwise the view is nothing to talk about, just buildings, walls.
The room is tiny with no place for a chair or anything to sit on. Be aware that if you leave very early in the morning you need a key to get out of the building!
